This launching podcast covers ME-T’s establishment from contributors’ and staff’s point of view. Participants share their experiences from the start, this episode reveals their interest and reason for involvement with ME-T, and the difficulties and obstacles encountered on their journey. ME-T contributors come from different educational and cultural backgrounds with the collective aims of helping young scholars to grow and develop thinking and practice through the providing of a space for research and evidence-based programming. The podcast details ME-T projects and the open door policy they value. International participants reflect their experience in the Iraqi Kurdistan Region and contributions to ME-T in different aspects alongside the challenges they have encountered that in return served as motivation for their involvement. Members also discuss the healthy environment in which they work in and the positive effect that ME-T has had on them with a message to the listeners and predict vision of the future of ME-T.
