IN THE PAST WEEK, HOW MANY DAYS HAVE YOU EXERCISED FOR AN HOUR?
The above graph shows the number of days in the past week that young people exercised for an hour. 51% of young people did not exercise at all, and only 4% exercised for an hour every seven days of the week. On the other hand, 11% exercised for an hour in two and three days, 7% in four days, 4% in five days, and 2% six days a week. More than half of young people (51%) did not exercise in the past week.
DO YOU SMOKE?
According to the above graph, 66% of young people do not smoke, while 12% smoke more than twenty cigarettes a week. On the other hand, 3% between six to twenty cigarettes and 5% smoke occasionally (once a week). Further, 5% indicated that they had quit smoking and 9% had smoked only once. It is worth mentioning that 80% of young people have never, only smoked once, or quit smoking. In addition, only 20% of young people smoke between one and twenty cigarettes a week.
OTHER THAN CIGARETTES, DO YOU SMOKE HOOKAH OR TOBACCO?
In this graph, 69% of young people have never smoked hookah or tobacco, 4% have quit smoking, and 9% have smoked only once or twice. In contrast, 9% smoke hookah or tobacco sometimes but not every week, also 9% smoke once or more than once a week.
HAVE YOU EVER HAD ALCOHOL?
The above graph shows that 93% of young people have never drunk alcohol, and only 7% drink alcohol.
DO YOU THINK YOU ARE SKINNY OR FAT?
According to the belove graph, 57% of young people think they have the perfect body size, and 18% are only slightly overweight or thin. On the other hand, 2% are obese and 5% are very thin. It is worth mentioning that 93% of young people are either completely satisfied with their bodies or think they are just a little thin or overweight.
